Volleyball Preview: Henderson Lions vs. Gilmer Buckeyes

The Henderson Lions will challenge the Gilmer Buckeyes at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Henderson challenged Spring Hill on Friday. Henderson fell 3-1 to Spring Hill. While the Lions didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Panthers 25-21 in the first set.

Henderson started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-13, 25-16, 27-25.

Meanwhile, everything went Gilmer's way against Pine Tree on Tuesday as Gilmer made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buckeyes.
