Softball Recap: Worthington Christian Comes Up Short

Worthington Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 12-2 to the Buckeye Valley Barons. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly ten runs.

Worthington Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Buckeye Valley, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Worthington Christian has already played their next contest, a 13-9 victory against Bexley on the 11th. As for Buckeye Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-1 defeat against North Union on the 12th.
