Basketball Game Preview: Minto Lakers vs. Nelson Island Islanders

The Minto Lakers will take on the Nelson Island Islanders at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

On Saturday, Minto came up short against Walter Northway and fell 45-37. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

As for Nelson Island, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the right side of .500 (8-7), and they're hoping to kick off an even more successful campaign this year.
