Volleyball Recap: Standing Rock Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte on Saturday, Standing Rock came back down to earth. The Warriors came up short against the Mott-Regent Wildfire on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildfire from their previous meeting back in September of 2015.

Standing Rock has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Mott-Regent, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6-2 record this season.

Standing Rock will take on Beach at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Mott-Regent does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
