Baseball Recap: Berry Takes a Loss

Berry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 9-8 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves.

Tyler Davis was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. He has become a key player for Berry: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-8 otherwise.
