Volleyball Recap: Wheeler Comes Up Short

The Wheeler Eagles came up short against the Smithville Seminoles on Saturday and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10.

Wheeler's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Smithville, they pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Wheeler will face off against Nettleton at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Smithville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hatley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
