Baseball Recap: Chazy Eagles vs. Saranac Spartans

It was a good run, but Chazy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They suffered a tough 16-7 defeat at the hands of the Saranac Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Chazy of the 21-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2015.

Ryan Demers and Novak Jarus stepped up to the plate in a big way. Demers went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, a triple, and an RBI, while Jarus scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-3.
