Volleyball Game Preview: Kimball Cubs vs. PACT Charter Panthers

The Kimball Cubs will head out on the road to take on the PACT Charter Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Kimball had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Minneapolis North on Wednesday. The Cubs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Patriots. The Cubs not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25th (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for PACT Charter, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Liberty Classical Academy last Tuesday.

PACT Charter is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for Kimball, their record now sits at 9-19.
