Softball Recap: Corbin Comes Up Short

The Corbin Redhounds lost 15-1 to the Scott County Cardinals on Saturday. The Redhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corbin's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Scott County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season.

Corbin will head out on the road to face off against Harlan County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Scott County, they will face off against Lexington Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games the Knights have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
