It was fun while it lasted, but Orchard Park's undefeated season came to an end after six games on Thursday. They took a 54-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancaster Legends. The contest marked the Quakers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Orchard Park lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Caroline Brown, who went 7 of 14 en route to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Halle Senfield, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine boards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Orchard Park fell to 6-1. As for Lancaster, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

When Orchard Park and Lancaster next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Orchard Park will try to stop Frewsburg's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Orchard Park is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 71.6 points per game this season. Similarly, Lancaster will try to stop Webster Schroeder's four-game winning streak when the meet at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
