Basketball Recap: Nine Straight Home Wins for Trinity Christian

Trinity Christian extended their home winning streak to nine games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Mathew Daniel. The Trinity Christian Eagles took their match on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 70-15 win over the Capital College & Career Academy Ants thanks in part to Daniel, who posted 26 points. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Trinity Christian is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.9 points. As for Capital College & Career Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian will welcome Aspire Alexander Twilight Secondary Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Capital College & Career Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pine Hills Adventist at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st.
