Mingus came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Mohave, but Joe Yoney wouldn't allow it. The Thunderbirds blew past the Marauders 47-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Yoney, who threw for 241 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 53 yards and a pair of TDs on only six carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making four total tackles and defending one pass.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Mohave's defense and their four sacks. Leading the way was Deegan Perry with two.
