Poston Butte's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Crismon Rattlers, sneaking past 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Rattlers two weeks ago, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Poston Butte was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-23, 12-25, 24-26, 25-15, 15-8.

Cashlyn Baker paced Poston Butte's offense, picking up 19 kills. Baker got some help from Aracely Pi?a and her 21 assists. Pi?a also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Rylie Miller, each putting up two.

Poston Butte's win bumped their record up to 13-19. As for Crismon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-9 record this season.

Poston Butte will be playing at home against ALA - Queen Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Broncos surely won't give up without a fight. As for Crismon, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Eastmark on the 23rd.
