After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lincoln, Concordia was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Orrick Bearcats. The victory continues a trend for the Fighting Orioles in their matchups with the Bearcats: they've now won nine in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Concordia was: they took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-4, 25-11.

Ava Mueller paced Concordia's offense, picking up six kills. Mueller got some help from Aubrey Roepe and her 15 assists. Roepe was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

Concordia's win bumped their record up to 7-8-1. As for Orrick, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Concordia has already played their next match (against Sweet Springs), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Orrick also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Penney.
