Baseball Recap: Cordova Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Cordova's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vista del Lago Eagles on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Lancers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cordova now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Vista del Lago, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Cordova will head out to face off against Del Campo at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Vista del Lago, they will welcome Laguna Creek at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
