Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Roosevelt came into Friday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Oak Park Eagles by a score of 2-0 on Friday.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 19-12. As for Oak Park, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-15.

Coming up, Roosevelt will be taking part in a tournament against Bishop Montgomery at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Oak Park, they will challenge Simi Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles will also cruise into their next contest with the timing on their side: the Pioneers will have lost six straight heading into Tuesday's matchup.
