There's no place like home for Dothan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Godby Cougars on Friday as they made off with a 64-42 victory. The Wolves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 22 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Godby lost, don't look at Kamren McMillan. Despite the final result, he rushed for 238 yards and three TDs while picking up 9.9 yards per carry, and also caught one touchdown. McMillan was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 50 yards. Another player making a difference was Landon Dougherty, who threw for 205 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 78.3% of his passes.

Dothan pushed their record up to 6-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.3 points over those games. As for Godby, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
