Baseball Game Preview: Littleton Lions vs. Standley Lake Gators

Littleton hasn't had much luck against Standley Lake recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Lions will host the Gators at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Saturday, Littleton came up short against Denver South and fell 9-4.

Meanwhile, Standley Lake also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Dakota Ridge by a score of 11-6.

Standley Lake saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keyvon Ferrin, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4. Another was Marc Garcia, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Standley Lake now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Littleton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
