Platte Canyon is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Bennett on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Platte Canyon had to suffer through a 59-31 loss at the hands of Bennett. The Huskies were down 53-25 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Strasburg entered their match against Highland on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Strasburg took a hard 53-38 fall against Highland.

Strasburg's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 12-4. As for Platte Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
