Baseball Recap: Linn Has No Trouble Against Higbee

Linn had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Higbee Tigers 12-3 on Tuesday.

Tryten Reynolds was a standout: he scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-1. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Bobby Winkelman, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2.

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Linn Wildcats face off against St. James Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Higbee, they will challenge Fayette at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
