Softball Recap: Schuyler County Rams vs. Green City Gophers
Schuyler County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They lost 12-2 to the Green City Gophers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 10-9 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Friday.
Schuyler County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grace Leslie, who went 2-for-3 with a triple and an RBI.
Schuyler County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Green City, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-15.
