Football Recap: Jordan Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Jordan's offense. They had to suffer through a 42-0 loss at the hands of the St. Bernard Vikings. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Jayden Armstrong went supernova For St. Bernard., rushing for 126 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries. Armstrong was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 53 yards. Gary Ferguson also deserves a shout-out for his four TDs.

Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for St. Bernard, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Jordan wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 40-14 defeat against Roybal on the 12th. As for St. Bernard, they have also already played their next matchup, a 33-18 loss against Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary on the 12th.
