Volleyball Recap: Kiowa County Comes Up Short

Kiowa County was the 2-0 winner over Norwich when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mavericks fell 2-0 to the Eagles on Tuesday.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Norwich scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-20.

Kiowa County now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Norwich, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coincidentally, Kiowa County and Norwich will both be playing Macksville the next time they take the court. The Mavericks will host the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
