Cambria Heights won the last time they faced West Shamokin and things went their way on Friday too. The Highlanders came out on top against the Wolves by a score of 14-10. With that win, the Highlanders brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Garrett Jasper was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 2-for-4. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Anthony Swander also deserves some recognition as he launched his first home run of the season.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Cambria Heights kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. They are 6-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Cambria Heights has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games. As for West Shamokin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-7.
