After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pitkin, Peabody was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Westgate Tigers as the Peabody Warhorses made off with a 14-3 victory. The Warhorses' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Daylen Gatson made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in February. He was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing Five bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He has become a key player for Peabody: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 0-10 otherwise.

In other batting news, Terry Hullaby was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and two stolen bases. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
