Softball Recap: Elizabeth's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Elizabeth had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 16-12 victory over the Franklin Warriors on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Minutemen, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Elizabeth's win bumped their record up to 2-13. As for Franklin, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elizabeth will head out to challenge Pequannock at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin, they will take on Colonia at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
