Basketball Recap: High Point Christian Academy Snags Seventh Win in Last Eight Games

High Point Christian Academy posted their closest win since January 5, 2024 on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 77-75 victory over the Davidson Day Patriots. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2016.

High Point Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Davidson Day, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the High Point Christian Academy Cougars challenge the Westchester Country Day Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Davidson Day, they will face off against Huntington Expression Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
