While Christian Brothers Academy's win against Cazenovia wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Brothers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lakers 6-5. The win was nothing new for the Brothers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Christian Brothers Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Cazenovia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Christian Brothers Academy will challenge Central at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rebels have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.25 runs per game on average), something the Brothers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Cazenovia, they will square off against Marcellus at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
