Soccer Recap: BCLUW's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

BCLUW had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They never let the Des Moines North Polar Bears get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. BCLUW's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

BCLUW's win bumped their record up to 8-3-2. As for Des Moines North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

BCLUW will challenge Des Moines East at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Des Moines North, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Marshalltown on the 6th.
