It was a good run, but Williams unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Monday. They lost 5-1 to the Western Alamance Warriors. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Williams couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Peter Kirk, who's now up to three this season.

Williams' loss dropped their record down to 15-5-3. As for Western Alamance, their victory bumped their record up to 23-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Williams is set to face off against their familiar foe Person at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Western Alamance will square off against rival Southern Alamance at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
