Baseball Recap: Mount Tabor Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Mount Tabor's offense. They came up short against the East Forsyth Eagles on Monday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Spartans' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Mount Tabor's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for East Forsyth, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 17-7.

Mount Tabor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Forsyth, they will square off against Reagan at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
