Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Celtics vs. Classical Saints

The Trinity Celtics will take on the Classical Saints in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Trinity came up short against El Dorado on Saturday, falling 64-44.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Classical against Sedgwick on Friday as the squad secured a 62-34 win. The game marked the Saints' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Classical's win came from a few key players Trinity will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Abe Black, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 15 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in assists (four). Graham Yost was another key player, going 5 of 9 on his way to 12 points along with seven rebounds and six assists.

Classical was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Classical's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Trinity, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
