Basketball Recap: Bloomburg Takes a Loss

Bloomburg lost against Saltillo back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bloomburg Wildcats took a 64-50 bruising from the Saltillo Lions. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bloomburg's loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Saltillo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 23-11 record this season.

Bloomburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Saltillo, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lions duke it out with the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Clarksville has won four straight at home, while Saltillo won eight straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
