Soccer Recap: Benedictine Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Benedictine kept a clean sheet against New Hampstead on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Phoenix with a sharp 3-0 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Benedictine's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 80th, while New Hampstead are ranked 238th).

Parker DiTommaso and Parker Lewis scored all three of Benedictine's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

As for New Hampstead, they will challenge Perry at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Perry's last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
