The Foundation Christian Academy Panthers and the Seven Rivers Christian Warriors will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Foundation Christian Academy had been on a four-game streak of scoring at least 55 points, but Sarasota Christian put an end to it on Friday. Foundation Christian Academy took a blow against Sarasota Christian, falling 59-28. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Foundation Christian Academy's defeat came about despite a quality game from Caleb Hagan, who posted 17 points along with five rebounds and three blocks. Hagan's evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Calvin Griffin was another key player, putting up nine points.

Meanwhile, Seven Rivers Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Seacrest Country Day, falling 53-29. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warriors have suffered since November 19th.

Seven Rivers Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they moved to 5-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
