Soccer Game Preview: Broomfield vs. Fairview

The Broomfield Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Fairview Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Broomfield is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Erie, who was ranked 21st at the time (Broomfield was ranked 25th). The Eagles' defense stepped up to hand the Tigers a 1-0 shutout on Thursday. Broomfield wouldn't have won without Jason Montes, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, Fairview got their first taste of in-conference action on Tuesday and they started things off strong. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Monarch. Fairview haven't had any issues with Monarch recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Broomfield's record now sits at 7-4-2. As for Fairview, their record is now 7-3-3.
