Jefferson's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Sheridan Rams. The win was some much needed relief for the Saints as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 6-16. As for Sheridan, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Jefferson will take on rival Alameda at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Sheridan is set to face off against their familiar foe Englewood at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
