Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau). Everything went their way against the West Salem Panthers on Thursday as they made off with an 18-1 win. With that victory, the Red Hawks brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Ben Filla tossed a big game, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.

On the hitting side, Jackson Burns was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. What's more, he posted two doubles, the most he's had since back in April. Another player making a difference was Sam De Jager, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
