Faith Christian extended their home winning streak to seven games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Mandy-Gail Fitzgerald. The Lions came out on top against the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Fitzgerald, who had 14 digs and one assist. That assist marked the first that she has posted this season.

Faith Christian walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-19, 10-25, 25-20, 25-15.

Faith Christian's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 13-8.

Coincidentally, Faith Christian and Western Sierra Collegiate Academy will both be playing Sacramento Country Day the next time they take the court. The Wolves will host the Cavaliers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Lions will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
