Grandview came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 48-33 victory over the Raytown South Cardinals. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 81st, while the Cardinals are ranked 242nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Grandview's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Raytown South, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-16.

Grandview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 45-32 loss against Summit Christian Academy on the 7th. Raytown South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
