After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland, Steward was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks as they made off with a 6-1 victory. That looming 6-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Steward yet this season.

Their offense was hitting Norfolk Collegiate from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Drew Swift led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Steward's win bumped their record up to 3-9-2. As for Norfolk Collegiate, they dropped their record down to 3-7-2 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
