After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Seattle Christian, Life Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Vashon Island Pirates 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won five in a row.

Life Christian Academy's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-3. As for Vashon Island, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Life Christian Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe Charles Wright at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Vashon Island will face off against rival Seattle Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
