Highland Park waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Washington Wildcats 52-20. The Scots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 21 points or more this season.

Highland Park's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tahtionna Broils led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine boards. Broils has been hot recently, having also posted four or more steals the last four times she's played. Ciara Hartz was another key player, putting up nine points and five steals.

Highland Park smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Highland Park's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-4. As for Washington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Highland Park beat Washington by a score of 59-13 on Tuesday.
