            Volleyball Recap: Unity Christian Knights vs. Quentin Road Christian        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Unity Christian, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Saturday. They walked away with  a   2-0  win over Quentin Road Christian  on Saturday. The Knights were shut out  2-0 the last time they took on Quentin Road Christian, so the Knights were just returning the favor.
 The  victory didn't come easy: Quentin Road Christian scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21,  25-21.
 Emily Merema paced Unity Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Merema also shared the team's lead in assists with  Maddy Wilbur: they picked up three each.

Unity Christian pushed their record up to 11-5 with the  win, which was their 11th straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Quentin Road Christian, their  defeat was their first of the  season and  makes their record 2-1-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Unity Christian will head out to  take on East Moline Christian  at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Quentin Road Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Marquette Manor Baptist Academy at 6:45  p.m.  on October 7.
