Seckman strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Hickman Kewpies.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Seckman got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 25-20.

Sarah Albers paced Seckman's offense, picking up 14 kills. Albers got some help from Meghan Holt and her 19 assists. Holt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Seckman's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Hickman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6-1.

Seckman has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Oak Grove on the 13th. As for Hickman, they will face off against Hannibal at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
