Tristin Nicholson, Monroe Catholic's leading rusher, solidified his role on Saturday. Nicholson produced his best game of the campaign: he rushed for 136 yards and a pair of TDs. He has become a key player for Monroe Catholic: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 0-3 otherwise.

Coming up, Nicholson and Monroe Catholic will head out on the road to face off against Seward at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Nicholson up against the Seahawks' star RB Chiron Cross.
