Volleyball Game Preview: Reavis Rams vs. Bloom Blazing Trojan

The Reavis Rams will challenge the Bloom Blazing Trojan at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses for Reavis and five for Bloom.

Reavis saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to Crete-Monee.

Meanwhile, Bloom also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Crete-Monee by a score of 2-0.

Bloom was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Crete-Monee work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 26-24.

Bloom's defeat dropped their record down to 7-20. As for Reavis, their loss dropped their record down to 9-18.

Reavis was able to grind out a solid win over Bloom when the teams last played back in September of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Blazing Trojan have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
