It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lyman can now relate to. They fell just short of the Edgewater Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Greyhounds' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Kendall Kamm, who's now up to 15 this season.

Lyman's loss dropped their record down to 8-8-1. As for Edgewater, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-6-3.

Lyman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Edgewater, they will square off against Oviedo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oviedo knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Edgewater likes a good challenge.
