Football Recap: Liberty Bell Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 42 points the game before, Liberty Bell was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were outmatched by the Okanogan Bulldogs and fell 34-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Mountain Lions have suffered since September 13, 2024.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Wesley Allen and Tatum Gunn. Allen rushed for 40 yards and three scores while Gunn rushed for 190 yards while picking up 9.5 yards per carry. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Allen a new career-high.

Liberty Bell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Okanogan, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Liberty Bell didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 36-27 victory against Manson on the 19th. As for Okanogan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 49-7 loss against Lynden Christian on the 19th.
