Basketball Recap: Libby Takes a Loss

Libby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a blow against the Columbia Falls Wildcats, falling 55-12. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-31 back in January.

Libby's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Columbia Falls, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.

Looking ahead, Libby will face off against Polson at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Libby is facing Polson at the right time seeing as Polson is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Columbia Falls, they will square off against Browning at 7:15 p.m. on February 21st.
